Blood Donation Camp

Towards the oath to work for humanity & the commitment to serve the society our company had organized Blood Donation Camp on the eve of New Year on 9th January 2011, for the Seventh consecutive year. Company aim was to raising awareness for safe blood transfusion and to encourage blood donation. Company appreciate the effort taken by the responsible participants and making the event successful by quantify it by 297 successful donors.

Company value the presence of all precious guidance and participation on this special occasion.

From this year company started Blood Donation Camp for two location one is at Kelwade Site and one in Pune and total 297 Donors donate their Blood.

We believe in the philosophy that “when we recruit a person, we don't recruit his 2 hands but we recruit him in totality”.
Thus, we are responsible towards any employee in their times of happiness as well as their grief too. On the same lines, we had done a contribution for one of our female operators when her husband expired leaving behind 2 small children.

Also, the recent Natural Calamity (ie. the heavy rainfall of July 2005) affected adversely to many Mumbaikars.
Even few of our operators at the Belapur Factory had a lot of mental, physical & financial loss. To help them to overcome the financial loss, we had contributed towards 1 month extra salary towards them.
Also, the absenteeisms & late-comings of those days were not considered by our Personnel Department.

News On Safety Week

"M-Tech" has organized "Saftey Week" from 4th to 11th March 2011.
Every year Company organized Safety week and related programes.

This year we have distributed Pamplets in "English" and "Marathi"
also by our Volunteers on Traffic Management/Awareness at Hinjewadi
Circle. Volunteers ensured that all "2 Wheeler Riders (Employees)"
coming inside the premises are using a Helmet. We have also displayed
various Theme Banners for all 7 Days. We have played Audio C.D.'s
through our BMS for all 7 days.

We have also Organized Training on Fire Fighting by "Fire Brigade" at Hinjewadi.

displayed in Entire Saftey week.

In this Saftey week "M-Tech Team" contirbuted a lot and made the
saftey week Successful.

"M-Tech has set up and already shifted to a fully integrated state of the art manufacturing plant at the Info-tech Park at Hinjewadi, Pune. The plant is set up over an area of 1 acre in the first phase, will be the first of its kind in the countryexclusively set up for the manufacture of Smart Cards."
