Like past three years, this year too the Company had organised a blood donation camp in association with K.E.M. Hospital, Pune on 6th January, 2008.
263 packets of blood were donated on the occasion.

Recently we have got the Award of "Best New Emerging Supplier" from "MINDA INDUSTRIES" , Pune for Innovative IMD switch Supply. This technology is being used first time in two wheeler industry all over the world.

The certification body of TUV Management Service, GmbH has given the ISO/TS 16949:2002 certification to M-Tech on January 4, 2006.

We believe in the philosophy that “when we recruit a person, we donot recruit his 2 hands but we recruit him in totality”.
Thus, we are responsible towards any employee in their times of happiness as well as their grief too. On the same lines, we had done a contribution for one of our female operators when her husband expired leaving behind 2 small children.

Also, the recent Natural Calamity (ie. the heavy rainfall of July 2005) affected adversely to many Mumbaikars.
Even few of our operators at the Belapur Factory had a lot of mental, physical & financial loss. To help them to overcome the financial loss, we had contributed towards 1 month extra salary towards them.
Also, the absenteeisms & late-comings of those days were not considered by our Personnel Department.

"M-Tech proposes to set up a fully integrated state of the art manufacturing plant at the Infotech Park at Hinjewadi, Pune. The plant is set up over an area of 1 acre in the first phase, will be the first of its kind in the country exclusively set up for the manufacture of Smart Cards."

As a part of Motivational Strategy” a great Annual Event was organized by us at “Ganesh Kala Krida Mandir on 18/02/2007 where all employee including their families had come together to celebrate this great event.

This event was organized & managed by our own employees, where wide variety of entertainment programmes was held & the event was a great success.
